CEO House

How it works

How CEO House works

The network has six layers. You join one and gain access to the others — but not all of them depend on you.

The six layers

From the most open to the most restricted. Membership gives you the first four; the last two are by invitation or registration.

01

The network

Every CEO House member, in every city. You see who is in the network, what they do and where they can help.

Included in every plan.

02

Your House

The community of the city where you are based. This is where the regular gatherings happen and where the City Chair knows you personally.

Included in every plan.

03

Introductions

No cold messages. You identify someone relevant, write why, and the request goes to them. If they accept, a permanent conversation opens between you.

Up to eight requests a month. The friction is deliberate: it forces there to be a reason. Once accepted, you talk freely.

04

Events

Dinners, company visits and conversations with guests, in your city and in others. You register for what interests you.

Some included, some paid separately. Premium has priority.

05

Tables

Small gatherings built around one concrete decision: succession, capital, a market, bringing in a partner.

By registration, with limited seats.

06

Circles

Eight to twelve peers who meet every month, always the same people, in confidence. The deepest layer of the network.

By invitation. Requires monthly presence and a one-year commitment.

The door is wide. It is the rooms that are small.

Membership is open to business leaders with verifiable identity and track record. Selection happens inside the network, in Circles and Tables, not at the entrance.

The first year

  1. You join and your identity is verified
  2. You complete your profile and appear in the directory
  3. The City Chair reaches out and introduces the House
  4. You attend your first gathering
  5. You make and receive your first introductions
  6. You are considered for a Circle

What is expected of you

  • A real profile, not a CV
  • Answering introduction requests, even to decline
  • Not using the network for prospecting
  • Confidentiality about what you hear
  • Monthly presence, if you accept a Circle

Membership requires no attendance. Circles do — that is the difference between belonging to the network and belonging to a room.
